Terms and Conditions (T&C) of AIP-enjoy GmbH / Riizz Roots

1. Scope

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (T&C) of AIP-enjoy GmbH (hereinafter "Seller") apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer (hereinafter "Buyer") and the Seller regarding the goods and services presented on www.riizz-roots.com.

1.2 A consumer within the meaning of these T&C is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

1.3 Purchases on www.riizz-roots.com are only allowed for individuals aged 18 or older.

1.4 The Buyer agrees not to misuse the purchased goods for illegal purposes and to comply with the respective laws in their country.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The contract is concluded in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).

2.2 Product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a binding offer.

2.3 By clicking the "Order" button, the Buyer submits a binding offer.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.

3.2 The Buyer bears the return shipping costs.

3.3 Products like cuttings, seeds, or damaged/used goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

3.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers outside the European Union.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

4.1 All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

4.2 A shipping cost table is available on the website.

4.3 Shipping of living products is done without warranty.

5. Delivery and Payment Terms

5.1 Delivery is made uninsured unless expressly requested by the Buyer.

5.2 Shipping is done via Hermes, GLS, or Post. The Seller has no influence on delivery times.

5.3 Claims for damages due to delay or non-delivery are excluded.

5.4 Payments are made via bank transfer, credit cards are not accepted.

5.5 For living products, processing may take up to 3 weeks after receipt of payment.

6. Retention of Title

6.1 The goods remain the property of AIP-enjoy GmbH until full payment is received.

7. Applicable Law

7.1 The place of performance is the registered office of AIP-enjoy GmbH, Vienna.

7.2 The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

8. Incorrect Address and Phone Number Information

8.1 The customer is responsible for any incorrect address or phone number information provided.

8.2 In the case of returns due to incorrect information, the customer bears all associated costs.
